Prose: The novel is written in a comical, metaphorical but realistic point of view that makes it unique and mysterious. The voice of the novel is portrayed by two character perspectives, whom tell the story in an intriguing and personal manner that elicits believability and reliability.

When El and Carter meet in person, the character development drastically changes for the better, as revelations, mysteries, and personal wishes are revealed. However, come character development is lacking, particularity at the end of the novel but does not make a huge impact on the story.

Recommendation:
I recommend this novel to anyone who is interested is a comical mystery with some romance and paranormal happenings. The book is fast paced and well planned out, making it an intriguing read. Getting to know more about characters motives, their personal lives and their interactions with each other was a nice change. I especially enjoyed the realistic detail between the characters; neither were boring. And the subtle hints of aliens and the mystery behind UFO’s was fun to read too.
