Summary:

Prose: The book is lyrically written with detail surrounding the world, the characters, politics, and the overall scenes, which magnify the allure of the fantastic and the mundane.

Character Development: The book follows Feyra’s point of view, delving into her back story and current predicament. As she meets new people, and when her experiences change, so does her wants and beliefs, ultimately building her character for what's to come. 

World Building: The world building starts out vast from the beginning and continues to grow alongside the characters, making up for vivid adventure. 


Recommendation: 

I highly recommend this book for anyone who is interested in a fantasy series with a lot of twists and turns. This book kept me on my toes as the world and its characters interacted with one another, making it an additive and adventures read. This is a series you don’t want to miss!
